buried up to my...

Seems like the only topic of conversation lately has been, "awww man, did you see that weather." We (North Idaho) has just been getting hit with storm after storm. Heck 30 inches in 24 hours. I think we are over 60 inches now. Its hard to think that Joplin weather sounds good to me right now. Christmas was nice. Kind of the same thing we always do. Real low key being that its just my mom, dad and myself. I wouldn't have it any other way though.

I haven't been shooting very much. Feels nice to take a break for a bit. Trust me, I haven't stopped or lost any passion for it. I'm more fired up then I ever have been.

This would be a photo of my dog, buck. He seems to have changed the most out of everyone here. A little grayer and a little wiser. Wish I could take him back to Missouri with me. Don't tell him but I think I'm going to get a pet when I get back home. Don't tell my landlord either. Any ideas? I kind of want something with a personality (aka not fish again or a sloth).

I finally got some of my slides scanned from Mexico. I think they came out nice. I still need to shoot way more film to learn it a little better. I love the mindset it puts you when you are shooting with it. Very slow and thought out.

Here are a few.

This was a night out doing some urban stuff with some new friends plus Josh.

The year is coming to an end and I have had the blog for about 6 months now. I love it. I want a little feedback on what you want for 2009. I don't do the blog just to give me a place to talk. Its for you so fill me in.

What did you like?
What did you not like?
What do you want more of?
how often would you read new posts?

I just want to make it the best it can be. Please take a few mins and let me know. comments here work, facebook, myspace or email.

Thank you all for reading.

I hope 2009 brings fun and new adventures to all of us. As Andrew Ford and Counting Crows would say, "If you've never stared off in the distance, then your life is a shame."

Glenn is too scared to kiss girls (challenge)

+ Yeah, you've got to update more brother. I love your photo's, but you should update more even if you don't have freshies. You could throw in old stuff, pictures of me, whatever.

+ More updates though regardless. You can work on your writing more by...writing more.

+ Get on over to Wordpress like everyone else who lives in two-thousand-nine.

Greetings from a fellow Joplin shooter! Stumbled on your page and love your work... the shots where the dude about to kill himself on the rails in the snow and the night pic with the x-files like silhouettes are extraordinary images... best to you and your shooting...
